AGE REQUIREMENT
Services are available to clients 12 years of age and older. Clients under the age of 18 may be required to have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
APPOINTMENT REQUESTS & CONFIRMATION
Submitting an appointment request does not confirm your appointment.
All appointment requests are subject to review and acceptance by Luminox Nail Lounge.
Your appointment is considered confirmed only after your request has been accepted and you have received an official confirmation email.
Please do not arrive for an appointment based solely on submitting a booking request.
LATE ARRIVALS
A 15-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically rescheduled to another available date or time.
Any rescheduled appointment is subject to availability, and your preferred replacement date or time cannot be guaranteed.
PAYMENT & NO CREDIT
Payment is required for all services.
Luminox Nail Lounge does not offer credit or pay-later arrangements. All services must be paid for in full at the time payment is due.
Outstanding balances or arrangements to pay for a service at a later date will not be accepted.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS
Please attend your appointment alone. No additional visitors or guests are permitted unless prior approval has been given by Luminox Nail Lounge.
Where necessary, a parent or legal guardian may accompany a client under the age of 18.
SERVICE REQUESTS
Clients are responsible for selecting or requesting the appropriate service when booking.
Please provide accurate information regarding the service you would like.
Requests to change or add services on the day of your appointment may not be accommodated if sufficient time was not reserved.
Additional services, nail art, repairs, length, or other customizations may result in additional charges.
RESCHEDULING
All rescheduled appointments are subject to availability.
Luminox Nail Lounge cannot guarantee that the client’s preferred replacement date or time will be available.
NAIL & HEALTH CONDITIONS
Clients should inform Luminox Nail Lounge of any condition affecting the nails, hands, feet, or surrounding skin that may impact the requested service.
Luminox Nail Lounge reserves the right to decline or discontinue a service if it is considered inappropriate or unsafe to proceed.
PRICING
Prices displayed on the website represent the current service menu and may be updated from time to time.
The final cost of a service may vary where additional services, nail art, length, repairs, add-ons, or other customizations are requested.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings while attending an appointment.
Luminox Nail Lounge is not responsible for items that are lost, misplaced, or left behind.
RESPECTFUL CONDUCT
Clients are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behaviour during their appointments.
Luminox Nail Lounge reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in cases of inappropriate, abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behaviour.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Luminox Nail Lounge reserves the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue a service where reasonably necessary, including for safety, hygiene, health, scheduling, or conduct-related reasons.
